What is the return policy?
1. General Policy
All wigs undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to personal preference, fit, or change of mind.
2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
A return or exchange will only be considered if all the following conditions are met:
The wig has not been worn, installed, altered, styled, washed, dyed, bleached, plucked, cut, glued, or tampered with in any way.
The lace, packaging, and all original tags remain intact and in the same condition as received.
You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
You provide clear video proof (recorded before the lace is cut or the unit is worn) showing the defect or incorrect item received.
Important: We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the returned item does not meet the above criteria.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
The wig has been worn, installed, or altered in any way.
The lace has been cut or adhesive applied.
The product has been washed, styled, or exposed to heat.
There are signs of product use, including scent, residue, or damage not present at delivery.
The return request is made more than 3 days after delivery.
4. Return Process
If your item meets the eligibility criteria:
Contact our team at admin@nenihairofficial.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number, video proof of the issue, and a brief description of the defect.
Once reviewed and approved, our team will provide return shipping instructions.
Return the item in its original packaging, including the protective net, box, and tags.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue either:
A replacement unit, or
A refund will be processed and communication will be sent.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where Neni Hair shipped the wrong or defective item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for all return parcels. Neni Hair is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
